Where is my workout data stored?
Only in the local app database on your device. Zap does not upload or sync it.
Can I restore deleted data?
No. Deleted records and app data cannot be recovered by Zap because no server copy exists.
Why does Zap ask for notification permission?
Only to alert you when a rest timer finishes. The notification is local to your device.
